Zero training programs in place which doesn't allow you to gain confidence in your abilities and takes longer to understand how to do your job accordingly. Everything is paper and the systems are sub par which slows you down. Very stressful and hard to keep up with work. Ability to earn more when goals are met or exceeded. They don’t care that they put you out right before the holidays and you are going through a lot of life changes and could now face eviction or worse. They don’t care if you have a family or anything beyond the fact you work for them. Lastly they don’t care about you on a personal level.

Also when I started we agreed on a schedule due to life commitments well a month into that they wanted to rip that away too! Everyone consistently talks badly about one another, doesn’t do their jobs and the management is awful! You will get let go with no prior warning and when they do let you go all the reasons for doing so will be positive so you have absolutely no idea why it even happened in the first place. Well they pulled that out from under me when they hired a different person for the position.
